INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Technical Support Tech I in Sterling, Virginia for a six-month night shift from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. EST at $24.00 per hour. The role provides telephone, email, and in-person technical support, troubleshoots hardware and system issues, documents and tracks requests, escalates unresolved problems, and communicates with users and team members. Candidates need 0–3 years of technical support or related experience, basic IT support knowledge, strong customer service and communication skills, and an associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience; ticketing, certification, and data center experience are preferred but not required.
