Description
This individual contributor provides first- and second-level support for enterprise systems and related IT domains, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents, monitoring system stability and performance, configuring systems, supporting installations and upgrades, assisting with application administration, and recommending performance tuning and optimization. The role also involves collaboration with engineering, technical, project, product-user, and supplier teams, documentation, and escalation of issues. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of IT or operations experience are required.
