ASKI, a member of the ABB Group, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Zell am Moos to serve as the first technical point of contact for customers and resolve incidents through 1st-level support. The role involves configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and servicing energy management systems and installations; implementing control and automation concepts; performing fault analysis; and testing new load and energy management features. Candidates need technical education in electrical engineering or a related field, with knowledge or experience in network and fieldbus technologies, measurement, control and automation engineering, IT or networking, or comparable disciplines. The position offers hybrid working options and a minimum gross annual salary of €50,000 based on a 38.5-hour week.
