MANTECH is hiring a full-time Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner in St. Louis, Missouri, with a remote posting type but onsite time type. The role leads TSCM, foreign-visit, gift-inspection, and digital counterexploitation activities; prepares technical risk assessments, reports, briefings, and security plans; analyzes physical and technical security issues; performs radio-frequency signal-of-interest searches; and evaluates electronic processing equipment for vulnerabilities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of progressively responsible technical security or technical document-editing experience, ITC TSCM certification, DoD network-access training, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility. A CISSP or related technical certification, a relevant bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, and experience with telephone security are preferred.
