Description
The Project Manager – Technical Surveyor is based in the office in Kontich and regularly travels to construction sites throughout the country. The role combines technical site surveying, execution planning, material ordering, supplier follow-up, production scheduling, client and site-management communication, and ongoing project follow-up. Candidates need relevant project, site, estimator, or surveying experience or a technical degree plus on-site experience, a category B driver’s license, fluent Dutch, and knowledge of French. The position offers a company car, group insurance, ADV days, a 13th-month salary, and stable working hours.
