Description
The Project Manager – Technical Surveyor works from the office in Kontich and regularly travels to construction sites throughout the country. The role combines technical site surveying, execution-drawing preparation, material ordering, supplier follow-up, production scheduling, client and site-management communication, and ongoing project follow-up. Candidates need construction-site experience or a relevant technical education, a category B driver’s license, fluent Dutch, and knowledge of French; the position offers a company car, group insurance, ADV days, a 13th-month salary, and competitive pay.
