Description
The role is responsible for creating technical drawings, designing railings, staircases, balconies, and steel structures, developing workshop and assembly plans, preparing bills of materials, coordinating with workshops and management, clarifying technical details with clients and architects, and assisting with project preparation. Candidates need completed training as a Technical System Planner, CAD specialist, metal fabricator, or in construction technology, strong CAD skills, knowledge of steel and metal structures, and an independent, structured approach; experience in private construction or the owner-occupied home sector is advantageous.
