Description
The Technical System Planner independently creates and edits CAD drawings and 3D models for heating, ventilation, sanitary systems, and refrigeration; prepares draft, approval, execution, and as-built plans; supports project managers and engineers; performs technical calculations and quantity take-offs; maintains and develops BIM models; coordinates specialist trades and carries out clash checks; and contributes to bills of quantities and technical documentation. The role requires comparable training or qualification, preferably professional TGA experience, CAD proficiency, BIM knowledge, strong technical understanding, communication skills, and good German language skills.
