Description
The Technical System Planner, specializing in Building Services Engineering, will develop concept, execution, and as-built drawings for heating, ventilation, sanitary, and air-conditioning systems; support tendering, award, cost accounting, quality, cost, and schedule planning; and contribute to the planning and calculation of technical building systems. The role requires practical building-services planning experience, relevant technical education, construction knowledge, strong German and Microsoft Office skills, and ideally ORCA AVA and mh-Software knowledge.
