The role creates technical drawings and functional diagrams from 3D models for building-services projects, develops installation and workshop plans, prepares revision and project documentation, supports project managers, and handles general project-delivery tasks. Candidates need vocational training in building services engineering as a technical system planner or technical drafter, solid technical knowledge, CAD and IT experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
