Wellabe is hiring a Technical Systems Analyst 3 to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, diagnosing complex system issues and recommending programming, configuration, integration, process, and architectural changes. The role analyzes application behavior, data flows, integrations, requirements, solution designs, testing, and operational improvements, with a focus on COBOL, API integrations, cloud services, data structures, SQL, and policy administration systems. It requires 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, application support, solution design, integrations, or a related discipline, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
