Description

OpenAI is hiring a Technical Systems Program Manager to lead CRM systems initiatives across support, partner with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, Enterprise Platform, and other teams, and operationalize scalable automation, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows across Salesforce and adjacent platforms. The role requires 8+ years of technical program management experience, strong CRM and systems knowledge, cross-functional execution ability, and technical fluency with APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures, and Salesforce. It is based in San Francisco, California, with a hybrid schedule requiring office presence Monday through Wednesday, and relocation assistance may be provided.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience driving high-impact technical programs in program management, technical program management, or an adjacent role
Experience working across CRM systems, routing engines, and adjacent systems
Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution and operationalization
Experience partnering with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Security, and Enterprise Platform teams
Experience operating within SOX/SOC2-controlled environments with knowledge of SDLC, QA, release management, and operational governance
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to independently reason through technical system design, integration dependencies, and operational tradeoffs
Experience in AI-native, high-growth, or highly ambiguous operating environments
Exposure to global support operations
Ability to operate iteratively while maintaining scalability, governance, and long-term maintainability
