ITG is hiring a permanent Technical Talent Partner based in the Cape Town area to deliver predominantly end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The role partners with hiring managers, sources and assesses candidates, manages offers and applicant-tracking data in Workable, builds talent pools, provides market insight, and supports recruitment reporting, technology, automation, governance, and process improvement. Applicants need full-lifecycle recruitment experience, technical hiring expertise, direct sourcing and stakeholder-management capabilities, strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a hybrid arrangement.
