Description
Kautex is seeking a senior maintenance and controls professional to lead, coordinate, and support Controls, Maintenance, and Process Technicians across assigned shifts or operating areas. The role includes assigning and monitoring work orders, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and automation systems, supporting PLC, HMI, robotics, and other control technologies, coordinating emergency repairs, and ensuring preventive maintenance and documentation are completed. The position requires relevant manufacturing experience, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, and the ability to interpret technical documentation; controls, automation, and robotics experience are preferred.
