Orion Health is seeking a hands-on and technical Team Lead to join their Core Infrastructure Services (CISS) team. This role involves guiding a small technical team focused on building and operating foundational infrastructure services, primarily in AWS. The Team Lead will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and contribute to the design, build, operation, and improvement of cloud infrastructure services. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, managing risks, making engineering decisions, owning systems end-to-end, and promoting best practices in DevOps, continuous delivery, security, and documentation.
