Sharp is hiring a full-time Technical Team Lead in Heerenveen to supervise technical employees, work on the shop floor, and handle malfunctions and technical escalations. The role oversees equipment, production lines, utilities, preventive maintenance, external technicians, buildings, technical improvements, and compliance with GMP, quality, and safety regulations. Candidates need MBO-level education or equivalent electromechanical/mechanical experience, technical department qualifications, computer and software affinity, MS Office skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and experience with policies, SOPs, and instructions. The position offers a 40-hour day-shift schedule and a gross salary of 3,045.81 to 4,181.52 euros, plus benefits.
