Fliplet is hiring a hands-on Technical Team Lead to lead a team of seven engineers and QA professionals while contributing directly to the company’s no-code/low-code platform. The role involves building and architecting scalable Node.js, Vue.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and mobile solutions; improving platform security, stability, and performance; guiding technical decisions; mentoring developers; and driving agile delivery. Candidates need extensive hands-on engineering experience, at least five years leading development teams, and strong technical leadership and communication skills.
