Garmin is hiring a Technical/Team Lead for its Marine Cloud team to guide product vision, mentor engineers, and lead software development activities for marine navigation and monitoring solutions. The role supervises Java backend engineers, oversees training and career development, coordinates APIs and microservices, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders. Required qualifications include strong Java knowledge, CI/CD, Docker, and/or Kubernetes experience, architectural review skills, project management experience, and at least 2–3 years leading teams of four or more people.
