Description
The Technical Trainee will shadow and support the Technical Manager, provide architectural design services and solutions, prepare CAD drawings and details, support proposals and planning applications, assist site and commercial teams, and monitor NHBC condition status. The role requires a basic understanding of construction processes, technical drawing standards, communication skills, and the ability to plan and organise work; a relevant qualification is preferred but a nationally recognised qualification can be pursued.
