The Technical Trainer/Production Trainer will train, guide, and coach new and experienced production operators in a metal-sector manufacturing company. The role delivers training according to plans, supports safe, efficient, and high-quality production, and serves as the first point of contact for process disruptions. Candidates need production experience, knowledge of Lean methodology and production processes, PC and Microsoft Office proficiency, and Dutch and English communication skills.
