Hypernative is hiring a Technical Trainer to build and operate its technical training function for customers, partners, and internal teams. The role includes designing learning paths and certification programs, creating documentation, slide decks, hands-on labs, sandboxes, and videos, delivering virtual and in-person training, adapting content for technical and executive audiences, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering, measuring training effectiveness, maintaining a versioned training library, and managing the training calendar.
