Description
The Technical Training Center Instructor will plan, develop, and control theoretical and practical apprenticeship programs; supervise students; deliver instruction; maintain training procedures and center indicators; develop training materials; organize classes; and build the internal trainer team. The role focuses on mechanical curriculum, including lathe, milling, sawing, drilling, technical drafting, and pneumatic systems, with a secondary focus on internal fabrication services. Applicants need a degree, diploma, or SKM Level 3 in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering, five years of experience for diploma or SKM Level 3 candidates, technical training instructor experience, and industrial hands-on experience in automation or fabrication.
