Description
The Technical Trainer will deliver European distributor courses in person and provide on-site coaching, prepare and track course materials, evaluate trainees, communicate with overseas technical engineers, develop and improve training content, support training plans and technical activities, and keep skills current with evolving products and technologies. The role requires at least five years of work experience, including more than three years in related work, enthusiasm for new energy vehicles and training, fluent English, and willingness to travel among European countries and to China.
