Crusoe is hiring a full-time Technical Trainer to support workforce development in its manufacturing and data-center construction operations. The role combines training needs analysis, hands-on instruction in electrical wiring, control-panel assembly, sheet-metal fabrication, powder coating, and switchgear integration, with content management, skills assessment, certification, onboarding, and employee-retention support. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing or production experience, including fabrication, electrical assembly, or a related field, along with strong technical communication and instructional skills. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 plus bonus, with equity and comprehensive benefits.
