Crusoe is hiring a full-time Technical Trainer to support workforce development in its manufacturing and data-center construction operations. The role combines training needs analysis, hands-on instruction in electrical wiring, control-panel assembly, sheet-metal fabrication, powder coating, and switchgear integration, with content management, employee assessment and certification, onboarding, and collaboration with department managers and corporate learning teams. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing or production experience, including fabrication, electrical assembly, or a related field, along with strong technical communication and instructional skills. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 plus bonus, with equity, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
