Enterprise is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team in Maryland. This hybrid role involves designing and delivering engaging training programs focused on property management and community development, utilizing systems like Voyager, RentCafe, and Elise AI. The trainer will create interactive content, implement blended learning solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on learning trends and industry practices.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, business, or a related field; or related experience and/or certifications.
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years’ experience in affordable property management, affordable housing, or community development.
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience in a corporate learning and development role.
Familiarity with AI tools, multimedia training platforms, and e-learning software.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Emotional intelligence to work with staff at all levels of the organization and adapt to varying learning needs.
