The role delivers and supports Ford technical training for technicians across dealership networks, including classroom and hands-on training on vehicle systems, new-model and performance-improvement curricula, diagnostic tools, and safety procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing and translating training materials, preparing training facilities and equipment, maintaining learner records in STARS, supporting market activities, improving class fill rates, and developing special courses. The position requires automotive technical knowledge, diagnostic and presentation skills, and relevant automotive education or trade qualifications plus extensive automotive industry experience.
