Genetec is hiring a Technical Trainer to deliver technical training on Genetec products to customers, resellers, distributors, and internal staff at Genetec training locations and partner offices, as well as online through virtual environments and LMS platforms. The role involves updating and creating training materials, supporting classroom and lab activities, maintaining deep product knowledge, communicating course feedback, and explaining technical concepts to audiences ranging from users to administrators. It is primarily home-office based when not teaching, requires travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and occasionally overseas, and seeks a candidate with a computer-related degree or equivalent experience plus at least two years of technical training experience.
