The Client Education Associate will deliver technical training to insurance clients and partners, build and maintain courses and certification materials, support certification assessments, translate new SaaS features into usable training, and help enable external delivery partners. The role requires training experience, technical grounding in computer science or programming, hands-on experience with SaaS tools or APIs, initiative in improving learning content, and clear communication with technical audiences.
