Laborde Products is hiring a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver hands-on technical training for service technicians, customers, and dealer partners across its locations and partner sites. The role covers engine and marine-systems training, diagnostics, service procedures, ride-alongs, evaluations, coaching, curriculum development, recertification, and collaboration with technical services, engineering, and operations. It requires at least five years of diesel or marine service technician experience, strong technical knowledge, training or mentoring experience, and willingness to travel; the position operates in an office and industrial environment with standard office hours, on-call availability, and medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits.
