Description
The Technical Trainer designs and delivers training programs for personnel at all levels, develops tests and visual aids, evaluates training effectiveness, identifies developmental needs, and may oversee contractors or vendors administering training. The role requires NASA and/or IPC-J-STD-001 soldering certification, NASA and/or IPC-A-620 cable and harness certification, and Microsoft Office skills; IPC Instructor Certification, chemical bonding, and mechanical processes are desired. The full-time salary range is $67,400 to $125,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
