Description
The Technical Trainer designs and delivers training programs for personnel at all levels, develops tests and visual aids, evaluates training effectiveness, identifies developmental needs, and may oversee contractors or vendors administering training programs. The role requires NASA or IPC J-STD-001 Solder Certification, NASA or IPC-A-620 Cable and Harness Certification, and Microsoft Office Skills; instructor, instructional systems design, and chemical and mechanic process certifications are desired.
