MAT Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Automotive Technical Training Specialist for GRI Engineering and Development, LLC to train automotive brake-pad customers in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. The role involves technical presentations, ride-alongs, customer problem-solving, relationship building, training scheduling, reporting, and extensive travel of up to 75%. Candidates need at least five years of relevant on-the-job experience or equivalent education and experience, knowledge of brake systems, vehicle maintenance and diagnosis, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ASE or Master certifications and Spanish fluency are preferred. The posted salary is $90,000 to $110,000.
