Senra Systems is hiring a Technical Trainer to teach and coach wire harness assembly apprentices and harness+ technicians in the aerospace and defense industry. The role leads classroom and on-the-job training, provides hands-on coaching and performance feedback, supports curriculum and SOP improvements, and tracks trainee progress. Candidates need at least five years of wire harness assembly experience and two years of technical training or technical leadership experience. The position is onsite in Redondo Beach or Cypress, California, with hourly compensation of $45.00–$60.00 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
