Description
The Technical Trainer instructs and facilitates training for automotive service technicians, service staff, managers, and external organizations; develops and updates training curriculum; manages training tools, equipment, vehicles, simulators, and facilities; maintains training records; and improves training processes to support performance and compliance. The role requires an associate degree in automotive technology or a related field, four years of automotive diagnostic experience, a valid driver's license, strong vehicle-system knowledge, advanced diagnostic skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities. The stated pay range is $64,200 to $97,640 per year.
