The role delivers hands-on technical and operational training, supports employee onboarding and certification, evaluates job readiness, develops training materials and SOPs, participates in hiring evaluations, and measures training effectiveness. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience, training or coaching experience, strong communication skills, production-floor availability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
