SOMFY is hiring a Technical Trainer to create and deliver technical, product, and sales training for employees and partners. The role covers in-person, online, and hybrid workshops on installation, configuration, diagnostics, integration, and product use; develops training materials and e-learning content; supports onboarding; and measures training effectiveness. Candidates should have 2–3 years of technical training experience, a technical education, practical knowledge of automation or smart-home systems, experience preparing training programs, CRM experience, and at least B2 English communication skills.
