STACK Infrastructure is hiring a Technical Trainer in Santa Teresa, New Mexico to deliver and manage technical training for Critical Operators supporting a large, multi-phase data center campus. The role combines instructor-led classroom and virtual sessions, hands-on demonstrations, curriculum development with an Instructional Designer, assessment, documentation, equipment familiarization, and mentorship of technicians transitioning to active operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience, at least five years of technical training or structured learning experience, and hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical data center systems. The position offers up to 30% domestic travel and a compensation range of $109,000 to $121,000.
