Team Cymru is hiring a Cybersecurity Academy Lead to build and operate its customer education program from the ground up. The role owns curriculum design, technical training delivery, LMS administration, content production, program metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and threat research teams. It requires at least four years of cybersecurity experience, two years of technical training or customer education experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. The position is remote and requires occasional travel within the United States and internationally.
