The role focuses 70% on audience analysis, curriculum development, research, and materials creation for hardware and software products, and 30% on classroom, web-conferencing, multimedia, and follow-up training delivery. Candidates need an associate degree in a technical discipline or at least three years of relevant experience, at least one year of technical training experience, customer-facing project experience, software knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. The position offers a base salary of $76,126–$111,651 per year in the primary posting location, along with health, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
