Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on, instructor-led training to manufacturing personnel at its Archbald, Pennsylvania facility. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and microelectronics assembly training, lesson-plan development, assessments, learner performance tracking, training equipment and documentation, scheduling, curriculum feedback, and coordination with engineering, quality, and production teams. The position is initially first shift, with occasional off-shift and other local-facility training activities, and requires a U.S. citizen, Secret DoD clearance, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and manufacturing technical-training experience.
