Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Field Training Instructor to develop and deliver classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training for utility field employees. The role analyzes training needs, instructs apprentices and qualified line workers, evaluates performance, conducts quality assurance audits, maintains standards and procedures, and supports equipment testing and safety programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline or equivalent experience, at least eight years of direct craft experience in transmission, distribution, or field service, and the ability to travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. The position is based in the Berlin, Connecticut training yard and offers an annual salary of $133,290 to $148,100, with no immigration-related sponsorship.
