Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Utility Field Training Instructor to develop and deliver classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training for utility field employees. The role analyzes training needs, instructs apprentices and qualified line workers, evaluates performance, conducts quality assurance audits, maintains standards and procedures, and supports equipment testing and safety programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of direct craft experience in transmission, distribution, or field service, and the ability to travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. The annual salary range is $133,290.00-$148,100.00, with a potential incentive and no immigration-related sponsorship.
