Luminator Technology Group is hiring a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for after-sales employees, field service technicians, technical support teams, service partners, and customers. The role covers product, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, onboarding, product launches, customer training, Train-the-Trainer programs, and training effectiveness evaluation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in technical training or related operations, classroom and virtual training experience, technical product knowledge, Microsoft 365 and LMS proficiency, and fluent English and German skills.
