Rocket Lab is hiring a Technical Trainer II or Technical Trainer III to develop and deliver hands-on aerospace manufacturing, assembly, and repair training for composite technicians. The role covers aerospace materials, FAA and AS9100 compliance, work instructions, proficiency assessments, onboarding, recurrent training, cross-training, defect resolution, and continuous improvement. The position is based at the Space Structures Complex in Middle River, Maryland, requires physical work including ladder use, heavy lifting, and extended standing, and offers a base pay range of $25–$33 USD for Maryland-only employment.
