Description
The Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior will forecast training demand, develop and deliver technical training for service technicians and personnel, maintain training materials, evaluate effectiveness, support continuous improvement, maintain records, and adapt programs to regional and operational needs. The role requires college or equivalent technical experience, intermediate relevant experience including service experience, at least five years of experience with Cummins Engines, Microsoft Office knowledge, and self-discipline; licensing may be required for export controls or sanctions compliance.
