Description
The Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior will deliver technical training to technicians and service personnel, translate complex Cummins products and systems into practical learning experiences, evaluate training effectiveness, maintain training records, and keep programs current and scalable. The role requires college or equivalent technical experience, intermediate relevant experience including service experience, extensive Cummins product knowledge, and the ability to present and conduct hands-on activities for dealers, distributors, technicians, and customers.
