KONE is hiring a permanent Technical Trainer (m/w/d) for elevator installation work in the Greater Lübeck / Rostock area. The role combines pilot-system installation, commissioning, product testing, technical and digital support, safety checks, and the development and delivery of training sessions and materials. Candidates need relevant elevator-industry experience, electrical technical training, a state-certified technician qualification or comparable electrical qualification, digital technology affinity, German and English proficiency, willingness to travel 25%, and a valid class B driver’s license. The position offers a 35-hour week, €65,000–€68,000, IG Metall benefits, flexible hours, and professional development support.
