Description
The role is responsible for training, guiding, and coaching production employees, ensuring safe and efficient production, leading improvement teams, resolving process disruptions, and coordinating shifts when the shift lead is absent. It requires production experience, preferably in the metal sector, knowledge of lean techniques and production processes, computer literacy, Dutch and English communication skills, and willingness to work a two-shift system. The position starts through an interim agency with a view to permanent employment and includes fringe benefits.
