Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on technical training and product demonstrations for customers, employees, and field support personnel. The role prepares lesson plans, materials, and demonstrations; conducts training sessions; evaluates effectiveness; maintains classroom and training-system records; and supports grant-funded training programs. Required qualifications include Microsoft software fluency, classroom leadership, and curriculum-building experience, while teaching certification, grant-writing and grant-management experience, manufacturing systems familiarity, electrostatic-discharge knowledge, and soldering experience are desired. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
